(COAE) certification systems are accessible to all suppliers (farms or firms). All applicants are treated equally in a fair and non-discriminatory manner.

COAE ensures full impartiality and independence in all inspection, certification, validation, and verification decisions. COAE does not design, supply, or promote any products it certifies and does not provide services that could compromise objectivity, confidentiality, or impartiality. COAE does not offer consultancy or advisory services to applicants. COAE ensures that no commercial, financial, or other pressures compromise its impartiality..
3. Transparency and Openness
All certification rules and requirements are clearly communicated through publications, the COAE website, workshops, seminars, and training programs. Relevant information about COAE processes and certification status is made accessible to stakeholders to ensure transparency and trust.
4. Responsibility
All COAE personnel are fully aware of their responsibilities. COAE assumes full accountability for all activities carried out under its certification, validation, and verification systems.
5. Clear Objectives
All processes are based on clear, measurable objectives aligned with established procedures and internationally recognized standards.
6. Experience and Competence
COAE maintains a high level of expertise across agricultural and environmental sectors. Its personnel are qualified to serve diverse stakeholders.
